Registration Information 2023-2024

 ***New for 2023-2024:

  • CMHA is introducing some changes to the CAHL Program. Beginning this season, CAHL teams will now be known as REP teams. All players will register and pay an initial fee for a division only. When registering, please indicate which program your player is interested in playing next season, REP, RHL, or RMFHL (Female Hockey). If a player is rostered to either a REP or RMFHL team, the remaining fees will be due by October 31st, no exceptions. Please read through the program information to learn more about each program offered by CMHA and the payment options and expectations.
  • Volunteer Bond: After careful consideration CMHA will use 2023-2024 season as a trial run of the proposed bond system. CMHA will be reviewing and collecting data based on volunteer participation throughout this upcoming season for the purpose of ensuring that the bond system is simple, trackable, attainable and measurable. There will be no financial commitment attached to the bond for the 2023/24 season. As CMHA develops this initiative we will reach out to the membership for two Volunteer Coordinators to assist in the development of this policy. These positions will require the collection and analysis of data related to volunteer requirements within CMHA events. Please see the Volunteer Menu on our website for more information.

Registration 2023-24

  • Registration will run from June 1-June 30th
  • There will be no fee increase for the upcoming season.
  • Please use your existing RAMP account to register. If you forget your password, you should be able to reset it. If you forget which email address is attached to your account, please ask the Registrar.
  • Initial fees can be broken down into four payments, the first being due at the time of registration (June 1st-30th). The remaining payments will be due July 1st, August 1st and September 1st, 2023. If the first payment is not made at the time of registration, the registration is not considered complete.
  • All initial fees are due September 1st, and any player not paid in full by that date will have their registration removed and money refunded.
  • Parents of multiple players: use the Promo Code - "SUBCHILD" for each subsequent (additional) child(ren) you register.
  • After June 30th, players will be added to the waitlist only. Depending on registration numbers, we will invite players on the waitlist to register, and a late fee of $100 will be charged for some programs.

If you do not have this, or if it is expired, please visit this link to view your certificate number or to recertify your RIS-Parent (due every 4 years). If you have any questions about your account or certificate please call the Respect in Sport Help Desk @ 1-866-956-9791.

New families: All new registrants are required to complete Respect in Sport-Parent (one parent per family). Please follow this link for more information on the course.

Waivers: We strive to be a respectful and supportive hockey community. When registering please be aware that you will be asked to sign a number of pledges and waivers. Please read through them all to ensure you understand what is expected of you, and your player.

Interested in Coaching? Please complete the registration as yourself, not as your player (i.e. your 8 year old child should not be registered to coach!). If you did not complete a VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening)/CRC last season, you will be required to submit one to the Registrar before October 2023. Interested Head Coach candidates will be contacted by Jeff Giesler, CMHA Coach/Skills Coordinator.
